Common questions
How do I select the right service?
Pick the concern that brought you in and start there. If nothing fits cleanly, book a
skincare consultation — Nina will assess your skin and recommend a realistic path rather than
selling you the longest treatment on the menu.
What should I bring to a facial?
Nothing, other than the products you currently use if you would like Nina to review
them. Arrive with clean skin where possible, and skip retinoids and strong exfoliants for a few days
beforehand.
How long should hair be before waxing?
About a quarter of an inch — roughly two to three weeks of growth. Do not shave
in between; shaving resets the growth cycle and makes every subsequent wax harder.
What is the cancellation policy?
A 75% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of your
appointment. After two or more consecutive rescheduled appointments, service may be declined depending
on circumstances. Appointments booked outside standard hours carry an additional $20 fee.
